Focus on the little and good things instead of fixing your eyes on everything negative!
The best way to get through a hard day is to focus yourself on Jesus and make him your center of thought.
Cast all your worries on him because he cares for you and can give you peace in every situation. It may help you to pray and talk to Jesus about your fears, worries and how you feel.
Don´t make any rushed decisions that you will regret later but be calm and think everything over. Stay away from sin!
Take the day step by step and do not worry too much about the future. Focus on the present and how you can go through the situation you're in right now.
Even if everybody seems to annoy you and treat you bad don't harden your heart but forgive them and treat them like you want to be treated.
When you feel alone always remember you have Jesus who always cares about you and watches over you. He is here like the air or the sun even if you cannot see him.
Always remind yourself that this life is not forever and rejoice because the kingdom of heaven is waiting for you.
Take little breaks throughout the day to relax and drink lots of water so that you have new strength for your body as well.
It is okay to cry. Tears are a blessing from God because they can make you feel better and relieved like a weight lifted off your shoulders. Let them all out!
Ask God to give you his strength and protection for the whole day. Anoint yourself!
Give thanks to God for everything good that happened and also thank him for the things that made you stronger.
NEXT TIME YOU HAVE A HARD DAY REMIND YOURSELF OF THESE POINTS AND TRY TO LIVE THEM OUT.
TAKE A RELAXING BATH AND HAVE A NICE DINNER AT THE END OF THE DAY, DRINK SOME SOOTHING TEA AND FILL YOUR TIRED SPIRIT WITH THE WORD OF GOD AND WORSHIP MUSIC.
REMEMBER WEEPING LASTS A NIGHT BUT JOY COMES IN THE MORNING!
